About the role

Joker LTD is looking for a motivated Support Operator to join its team across Latvia. You will be the first point of contact for employees and customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and online channels while ensuring smooth internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor video surveillance systems in various locations.
• Communicate with staff by telephone and email to resolve issues.
• Provide client and employee support through phone, e‑mail and online platforms.
• Record incoming information and forward it to the appropriate responsible persons.

Required profile

• At least secondary education; incomplete higher education is acceptable (technical education is a plus).
• Good command of Latvian language.
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to analyse, systematise information and make independent decisions.
• Quick reaction to non‑standard situations and a collaborative team attitude.
