About the role

Swedish or Danish‑speaking Customer Sales Specialist in the travel industry. The role offers flexibility to work from home or from our office in Riga, with full‑time or part‑time options (50‑100% after the full‑time training period).

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via phone and e‑mail.
Give accurate information on new bookings, re‑bookings and cancellations for air, rail, hotel and other travel services.
Find tailored solutions to ensure each customer’s journey runs smoothly.
