Customer Service Representative (Danish)

About the role

Join Transcom Latvia as a Customer Service Representative handling Danish and English communications. You will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone, covering topics such as orders, payments and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound emails, chat messages and calls in Danish and English.
• Provide accurate and timely answers to customer questions about orders, payments and service issues.
• Document interactions in internal systems and follow company procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues abroad and internal teams using English.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written Danish and English skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including 2‑4 night shifts per month.
• Empathy, active listening and good interpersonal abilities.
