Customer Service Representative (Norwegian)

About the role

Join Transcom’s customer support team in Riga as a Norwegian‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound emails, chat messages and phone calls in both Norwegian and English, assisting customers with orders, payments and service quality inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat in Norwegian and English.
• Provide accurate information on orders, payments, and service issues.
• Document interactions in internal systems and follow up on open cases.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including 2‑4 night shifts per month.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written Norwegian and English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities such as empathy and active listening.
• Ability to quickly learn procedures and adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software and customer support platforms.
