About the role

IKEA Latvia is looking for a part‑time Store Employee – Trolley Pusher to keep the shopping environment tidy and help customers with their purchases. You will work on‑site in the Riga store, ensuring carts are correctly positioned and shopping tools are readily available.

Key responsibilities

• Place shopping carts in designated areas near cash registers and loading zones.
• Arrange and replenish shopping tools such as pencils, measuring tapes and shopping bags.
• Fold and organize shopping bags.
• Maintain the orderliness of shopping tools throughout the store.
• Assist customers by loading purchased items into their vehicles when needed.

Required profile

• Good communication skills for high‑level customer service.
• Physical stamina to move carts and perform other manual tasks.
• Fluency in Latvian.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to the schedule.
