About the role

IKEA Latvia is looking for a motivated Goods Assembler to join the Order Fulfilment department. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, helping to prepare and dispatch customer orders while contributing to a better everyday life for many people.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, process and hand over orders to customers.
• Place items in their designated zones.
• Maintain safety standards in the logistics area at all times.
• Assist colleagues with routine warehouse tasks.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 kg.
• Good physical fitness and endurance.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently.
• Capacity to set priorities and manage 12‑hour shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of the state language (Latvian).
• Willingness to gain logistics experience on the job.
