About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Product Replenisher to keep our sales floor fully stocked at IKEA Latvia. You will work early morning shifts, ensuring customers find the items they need while supporting a smooth warehouse operation. You will collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock flow and contribute to a better everyday life for many customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately replenish and arrange products on the sales floor according to planograms.
• Notify supervisors of any required changes in product placement.
• Report any product damages or discrepancies.
• Handle heavy packages safely and maintain inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong sense of responsibility for entrusted inventory.
• Capability to set priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and possible night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of the Latvian language.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
