About the role

Join IKEA Latvia as a forklift driver in our Ulbroka warehouse. You will be responsible for moving goods safely and efficiently, supporting the flow of products throughout the store and helping to create a better everyday life for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, specifically a forklift, to load, unload and place goods on shelves.
• Ensure smooth product circulation within the store, following the shelf system.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and order in the logistics zone on a daily basis.
• Assist colleagues with various routine tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties related to warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages.
• Work quickly, accurately and independently.
• Capable of setting priorities and managing shift work, including weekends, holidays and night shifts.
• Knowledge of the Latvian language.
• Previous experience in logistics or with warehouse equipment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
