About the role

We are looking for a part-time Order Processing and Fulfilment Associate to join IKEA’s logistics team in Liepāja. You will be responsible for handling customer orders from picking to delivery, ensuring a smooth and safe flow within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Process and fulfil customer orders, handing them over to customers.
• Check, prepare and organise delivery shipments.
• Maintain safety standards in the logistics zone on a daily basis.
• Restock merchandise on the shop floor when required.
• Assist colleagues with various everyday tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery as part of the workflow.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy packages.
• Fast, accurate work style with strong prioritisation.
• Capability to work independently and follow shift schedules, including weekends.
• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery is desirable.
