About the role

This paid 12‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in road transport across Latvia. You will work closely with an experienced driver and the logistics team, gaining practical skills in freight operations, client relations and sales coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the driver in daily tasks and transport projects.
• Coordinate sales processes with clients and suppliers.
• Maintain and expand the client database.
• Process orders, monitor status, and prepare invoices.
• Participate in field trips or exhibitions as required.

Required profile

• Age 18‑29 and meet the New Specialist Employment Programme criteria.
• Secondary or vocational education.
• Valid CE category driver’s licence with code 95.
• Interest in transport and logistics.
• Ability to plan time and complete tasks responsibly.
