Technical Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to guide a small group of C# developers within our fast‑growing delivery team. The role combines hands‑on coding, architectural design, and people‑focused mentorship to ensure high‑quality software delivery for our market‑leading product.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee a team of C# developers, supporting their professional growth and code quality.
• Design and drive the architecture of new software solutions, enforcing best practices.
• Promote the use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve outcomes.
• Participate in sprint planning, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges during development.
• Facilitate collaboration across the team and with other stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and decisions.
• Contribute to resource allocation and foster a positive team dynamic.

Required profile

• Minimum three years in a technical leadership role (Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.

• RESTful API design (gRPC a plus)
