IT Delivery Manager – Hybrid (Riga)

About the role

We’re looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our growing office in Riga. You’ll be an essential part of our IT team, helping develop new technical solutions for multiple digital touch‑points across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of products, integrations and system changes, from requirements through production rollout.
• Manage projects through planning, development, UAT, release and go‑live, coordinating cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance and external partners.
• Maintain delivery plans, priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
• Drive release planning, production readiness and successful go‑live, providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of existing products and processes.
• Improve delivery processes, team collaboration and overall delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering IT/software projects from requirements through production release.
• Strong experience working with cross‑functional technical and business teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
