IT Coordinator – Luxury Hotel (EU work eligible)

About the role

Join Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga as an IT Coordinator, responsible for delivering seamless technology solutions in a world‑class luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support hotel technology operations, ensuring daily maintenance, infrastructure uptime and high‑quality service delivery.
• Maintain system security and reliability, overseeing cyber‑security compliance, GDPR/PCI‑DSS standards and robust system maintenance.
• Guide and mentor IT staff, assisting the IT manager and other departments while promoting Kempinski’s operational IT standards.
• Drive staff efficiency by delivering seamless, secure technology solutions for guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Degree or industry‑recognized certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, support or administration, preferably in hospitality or a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commitment to IT security and data‑privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI‑DSS).
• Self‑starting, responsible attitude with high ownership and excellent attention to detail.
• Open, engaging personality, team‑oriented working style and good command of English; Latvian or Russian language skills are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (EU passport or valid Latvian work visa).
