Test Manager – Banking Cards Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead pilot and testing activities for the Cards area of a large European banking client. The role focuses on end‑to‑end testing across banking channels, backend systems, outsourced services and data synchronization, ensuring high‑quality delivery across Sweden, the Baltic region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adopt a testing framework aligned with suppliers and development teams.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee execution of end‑to‑end testing in a cross‑functional environment.
• Facilitate test case creation and execution between the bank and external suppliers.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting and follow‑up, proactively identifying risks and gaps.
• Coordinate pilot activities and verification in production environments.

Required profile

• Significant experience in banking cards testing and integration projects.
• Self‑driven professional capable of establishing structure and building trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify dependencies and drive progress in complex, evolving programmes.
