Senior Sales Executive – API Integrations (Baltics)

About the role

TBO.COM is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across the Baltic region. The role focuses on selling API‑based travel solutions, building strong partner relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the travel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture existing business relationships, negotiating commercial and financial terms.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular site visits, provide on‑site and online support, and deliver trainings and webinars for agents.
• Introduce new products and services to partners to stimulate sales.
• Use Business Intelligence tools to monitor daily client and team performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar sales role within the travel industry.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with excellent business communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales management abilities in a B2B/API environment.
• Proven track record of developing new and existing sales, preferably on an online travel platform.
• Well‑established network in the Baltic travel sector.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, and procedures.
• Willingness to travel regularly and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English and local Baltic languages.
