IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our innovative fintech team. You will play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for Windows workstations, Office 365, Jira and other applications.
• Manage Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) and related workflows.
• Install, configure and license end‑user applications, handling cost approvals.
• Oversee inventory lifecycle: order equipment, manage warranties and maintain stock levels.
• Configure and support IP phones and printers, ensuring timely supply deliveries.
• Set up IT equipment for new workspaces.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD and Office 365.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, licenses and subscription services.
• Monitor service level agreements in Jira.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Experience managing Jira and Confluence.
• At least 1 year of end‑user support experience.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Bonus: basic networking knowledge and experience with inventory lifecycle management.
