Financial Data Analyst – Reconciliation, Reporting & FP&A

About the role

We are seeking a finance‑focused Financial Data Analyst to join our Riga office. In this hybrid position you will own the client‑book reconciliation process while supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of client‑book reconciliation, run reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across multiple systems.
• Maintain and enhance reconciliation reporting in Power BI, investigate breaks and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Settlements and Operations to automate reconciliation workflows.
• Analyse operational and financial data, respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests and improve data quality.
• Prepare budget forecasts, periodic re‑forecasts and turn variance analysis into actionable insight.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning and analysis with an analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of accounting logic and financial data flows.
• Ability to work closely with department heads and translate detailed data into commercial insight.
