Junior Audit Consultant

About the role

Start your career in audit with RÖDL Latvia as a Junior Consultant in the Audit department based in Riga. You will work alongside experienced auditors on international assignments and gain insight into how businesses operate through their financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and verify financial data.
• Support colleagues throughout the audit process.
• Collaborate with project teams and client representatives.
• Develop understanding of various industries and markets.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate with a degree in finance, accounting, business management, economics or statistics.
• Comfortable working with numbers and calculations.
• Ability to manage deadlines responsibly.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
• Previous accounting experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
