Customer Service Associate – Bilingual (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Service Team in Riga. You will support English‑ and French‑speaking customers, helping them find the ideal car, handling booking requests and rental pick‑ups, and contributing ideas to improve our service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist each customer in selecting the ideal vehicle.
• Process requests for bookings and rental car pick‑ups.
• Share ideas to enhance our service and product offering.
• Collaborate with teammates and support the overall team performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Respectful and confident communicator.
• Passionate about delivering the best customer experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to different customer profiles.
• Available for a full‑time afternoon shift (16:00‑01:00), including weekends.
• Valid work and residence permit for Latvia.
