Customer Service Associate – Italian & English

About the role

We’re hiring a talented Customer Service Associate in the Customer Service Team who will provide support to Italian and English speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions with empathy.
• Help each customer find their ideal car.
• Deal with requests for booking and rental car pick‑ups.
• Contribute ideas to improve our service and product.
• Be an amazing team player and support our team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian languages.
• Respectful and confident communicator.
• Passionate about providing the best experience possible.
• Superb problem‑solving skills and flexibility to different customer profiles.
• Ready to work full‑time on morning (08:00–17:00) or afternoon (16:00–01:00) shifts, including weekends.
• Valid work and residence permit in Latvia.
