Junior Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

The Junior Customer Operations Specialist supports the team in delivering end‑to‑end customer support, handling daily transactional relationships and coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance and local sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers with daily questions and inquiries.
• Ensure accurate order processing and collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Finance for smooth delivery.
• Assist with order updates such as changes, cancellations and back‑orders while keeping customers informed.
• Handle system queries, returns and billing issues.
• Gather information for customer claims and support the resolution process.

Required profile

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or a related field.
• Comfortable working with standard IT systems and spreadsheets.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn in an international environment.
• Good written and spoken English for communication with European colleagues.
