Customer Service Representative – Norwegian (Bilingual)

About the role

Join the Transcom team as a Customer Service Representative handling daily emails, chats and calls in Norwegian and English. You will provide front‑line support to clients, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about orders, payments and service quality via phone, email or chat in Norwegian and English.
• Handle daily email, chat and call volume in both languages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Work a rotating shift schedule, including 2‑4 night shifts per month, to provide 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities such as empathy and active listening.
• Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt to change and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.
