Investor Service Associate

About the role

As an Investor Service Associate you will support clients throughout the entire investor lifecycle, helping to make investing more accessible. The role will evolve from handling basic inquiries to managing complex, escalated cases independently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client requests via email and other channels, including escalated or complex cases.
• Support investors through onboarding, account setup, daily usage, transactions, and off‑boarding inquiries.
• Provide clear information on platform functionality, investment products, payments, and account settings.
• Investigate client cases independently or with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Product.
• Document client interactions and follow internal processes to ensure consistent, high‑level service.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps, share feedback, and support ad‑hoc operational tasks.
• Draft or review formal correspondence, mentor newer team members, and act as a point of reference on complex cases as experience grows.

Required profile

• Customer service experience at any level, from entry‑level to handling complex or regulated client cases.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with the ability to manage client cases independently.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
• Interest in fintech, investing, or customer experience.
