AML Analyst (CDD)

About the role

Mintos is seeking an AML Analyst on a fixed‑term contract to perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for legal‑entity customers across Europe and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with Latvian AML/CTF regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct CDD on new and existing legal‑entity customers in line with Latvian legislation.
• Perform PEP, sanctions and adverse media screenings and assess source of funds and wealth.
• Research and investigate complex cases, making evidence‑based decisions.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Finance teams to maintain high‑quality due‑diligence standards.
• Support the development and implementation of AML processes and procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in AML, specifically with legal‑entity due diligence.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex matters clearly.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
