Senior Security Operator (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Operator to lead the night shift at our Security Service Center in Riga. You will coordinate a team of operators, ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service levels for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in all activities during the night shift.
• Provide first‑line customer service and support, handling escalations and incident requests.
• Coordinate event management and lead initial incident response.
• Assist with certifications, inspections and compliance of the Security Service Center.
• Monitor, track and report on metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, data operations or service desk environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
