Global HSE Lead – Renewable Energy, Drones & Robotics

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Health, Safety & Environment professional to lead and develop our global HSE function across Europe and North America. You will work directly with senior leadership to ensure the safe deployment of cutting‑edge technologies such as autonomous drones, robotics and AI within renewable energy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global HSE programme for Europe and North America.
• Design and implement world‑class HSE systems, standards and procedures.
• Promote a proactive, prevention‑first safety culture across all sites.
• Conduct incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coach operational leaders in multiple countries on HSE best practices.
• Analyse HSE performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the safe integration of innovative technologies including drones, robotics and AI.
• Partner with senior leadership to enhance operational performance and business resilience.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Regional HSE Manager, HSE Manager, Senior HSE Manager, Lead HSE Business Partner, Operational HSE Lead, Safety Manager, QHSE Manager or EHS Manager.
• Background in high‑hazard industries such as renewable energy, offshore oil & gas, construction, utilities, nuclear, rail, aviation, defence, manufacturing or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to influence people, build strong relationships and lead by example.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30‑40%) and work across multiple time zones.
