Senior E-commerce Project Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior E‑commerce Project Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex online retail and web projects. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, acting as the main bridge between clients and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of e‑commerce and web development projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for design and development.
• Coordinate designers, developers, QA, content teams and external partners.
• Lead project planning, estimation, backlog prioritisation and delivery tracking.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks early and proactively resolve blockers.
• Manage scope changes and client expectations transparently.
• Support website launches, migrations, integrations and post‑launch improvements.
• Contribute to improving internal delivery processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project, delivery or product management, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience delivering e‑commerce websites and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the full website development lifecycle.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce or BigCommerce.
• Proven track record managing integrations with payment providers, ERP, CRM, fulfilment, analytics and marketing tools.
• Solid knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Fluent in Latvian and professional English.
