Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Redwire Corporation is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to uphold and improve quality standards across its production lifecycle. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop control plans, manage non‑conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with relevant teams to analyse problems and determine root causes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and support quality inspectors in executing test plans.
• Ensure tests follow procedures and document results accurately.
• Create, maintain, and make quality documentation accessible and up‑to‑date.
• Guarantee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 1400, EN 9100 and other applicable regulations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electronic engineering.
• Proven experience with quality management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
