Quality Management System Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigation of customer complaints and non‑conformities (NCRs), analyse root causes and coordinate implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
• Analyse quality data and prepare recommendations for process improvement.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO requirements.
• Develop and update quality documentation, procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain the document management system (IPW) and support its users.
• Advise colleagues on quality management matters and promote a strong quality culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in quality management, quality engineering or a similar role within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
• Experience in non‑conformity investigations, root‑cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions.
• Very good command of English for communication with customers outside Latvia.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
• Analytical mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• ISO quality management system knowledge.
• Experience with document management systems (e.g., IPW).
