Program Manager – UAS Solutions for Baltic Region

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) programmes across the Baltic countries. You will own customer‑focused initiatives from proposal through development, manufacturing, delivery and post‑delivery support, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned UAS programmes, controlling schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead internal R&D initiatives, drive innovation and meet key project milestones.
• Coordinate product development phases from proposal and system design to production and customer support.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing regular progress updates and handling field issues.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, conduct root‑cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
• Monitor programme KPIs, report status and manage programme P&L to achieve financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of programme or project management experience in aerospace, defence, UAS/UAV or related advanced engineering industries.
• Proven experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes and design milestones (PDR, CDR).
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher; knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian or Russian is a strong advantage.
