About the role

Citadele, an innovative data‑driven bank, is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of large‑scale, business‑critical projects across the Baltic region. The role supports the group’s core business functions and drives digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑functional project teams, including external partners.
• Manage project risks, scope, quality, timelines and oversee problem analysis and solution development.
• Simultaneously handle several projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Promote best‑practice project management across the organization by leading through example.
• Execute complex cross‑functional projects in alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital solution projects, business system integration or related process development (financial sector experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong prioritisation skills and excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies; relevant certification is advantageous.
