About the role
Join Luminor as an Anti Financial Crime Operations Change Lead, driving change initiatives and operational excellence across AML, KYC, sanctions and fraud functions. You will work closely with the Head of AFC Operations to standardise processes, improve performance and embed regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive standardisation and efficiency across AML, KYC, sanctions and fraud operations.
- Design, implement and continuously improve performance management frameworks.
- Partner with AFC leadership to identify improvement opportunities and provide analysis and recommendations.
- Lead automation, AI and digitalisation initiatives to enhance resilience and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and embed risk‑appetite frameworks.
- Manage a team of up to five AFC analysts and AI developers, fostering a data‑driven culture.
- Monitor AFC KPIs/KRIs, support governance frameworks and collaborate with compliance and audit teams.
- Prepare executive‑level reports and represent the Head of AFC Operations when required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in AFC operations, process improvement or risk management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
