Project Manager – Securities Origination

About the role

As a Project Manager in the Securities Origination (SO) Unit, you will act as the main liaison between Luminor and corporate clients seeking to issue bonds. You will ensure the end‑to‑end bond issuance process runs smoothly while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential SO clients.
• Identify and coordinate potential SO business opportunities with the Corporates Department across the Baltics.
• Monitor domestic and international credit market developments.
• Prepare transaction proposals, pricing indications, and submit documentation to decision‑making bodies.
• Manage the storage of decision minutes and transaction records.
• Register insiders according to relevant procedures.
• Oversee ongoing SO projects, including structuring, documentation, marketing materials, execution, and post‑transaction support.
• Ensure prospectuses or other issuance documentation are prepared and published.
• Provide clients with market updates and impact analyses.
• Maintain confidentiality of client affairs and comply with all applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, insurance, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial sector.
• Strong understanding of lending, investments, financial markets, and related products.
• Proven ability to analyse financial statements and evaluate business performance.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
