Finance Systems & Transformation Manager

About the role

Storent is seeking a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to design, standardise and scale the finance operating model across its global operations and newly acquired companies. You will own the flow of financial information, finance processes and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance systems landscape, including Dynamics 365 Finance, workflows, approval hierarchies and master data.
• Design and continuously improve a single finance operating model covering Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, Expense Management, Treasury and Intercompany.
• Lead finance transformation during post‑acquisition integrations, migrate acquired entities to Storent standards and establish month‑end close routines.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP, rental management, banking, CRM, payroll and business intelligence platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities using workflow automation, AI and modern digital technologies, build business cases and drive implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or a comparable ERP system.
• Hands‑on experience leading ERP implementations, finance transformation or process‑improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and end‑to‑end finance processes.
• Experience integrating acquired companies into a common finance platform, preferably in fast‑growing, multi‑entity, international organisations.
• Fluent English and ability to travel regularly to the USA.
