Senior Digital Business Relationship Manager – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Digital Business Relationship Manager to lead digital strategy for Finance & Accounting functions. The role bridges finance processes with digital solutions, driving innovation and delivering business value across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership, R2R Global Process Owner and regional accounting teams to define and prioritize digital initiatives.
• Capture business needs, build business cases, and ensure projects align with technology roadmaps and ROI targets.
• Coordinate with enterprise architects, project managers, and data teams to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and service delivery, managing escalations and risk to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital business relationship management within Finance & Accounting.
• Proven track record of delivering digital initiatives that improve accounting, costing, consolidation or financial reporting.
• Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP platforms.
