About the role

Tele2 is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its retail team in Tukums. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Tele2’s telecommunications products and services to walk‑in customers and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 services and products both in‑store and via telephone.
• Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology offerings and inform customers accordingly.
• Maintain accurate store documentation and transaction records.
• Encourage customers to explore new telecom service possibilities.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Willingness to develop and improve sales skills.
• Interest in learning about the telecommunications sector.
• Positive attitude, initiative and goal‑orientation.
• Desire to earn compensation commensurate with effort.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of MI tools and interest in further learning.
