About the role

Tele2’s Technical Department is looking for an Infrastructure Development Expert to join the team. You will support the planning, monitoring and control of network infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and control documentation related to infrastructure development.
• Maintain and operate the Construction Information System (BIS).
• Monitor electricity consumption and associated costs.
• Drive and supervise data‑center development projects.
• Coordinate with external partners such as LVRTC and distribution network operators.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in telecommunications, engineering or project management.
• Proven experience in project management, especially technical projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Excellent communication skills and high sense of responsibility.
• Good proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience with a Construction Information System (BIS) is a plus.
• High energy level, goal‑orientation and a B‑category driver’s licence.
