About the role

Tele2 Latvia is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its retail centre in Tukums. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Tele2’s telecom products and services to walk‑in customers and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 services and products in‑store and via telephone.
• Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technologies and inform customers about new offers.
• Maintain accurate store documentation and transaction records.
• Encourage customer interest in new telecom service possibilities.

Required profile

• Curiosity about customer needs and a desire to understand them.
• Motivation to develop and improve sales skills.
• Interest in learning about the telecommunications sector.
• Positive attitude, initiative and goal‑orientation.
• Willingness to earn compensation commensurate with performance.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and interest in applying them daily.
