Telecom Procurement Specialist – Supplier Management

About the role

We are a fast‑growing telecom company, part of an international group headquartered in London. We are looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage our carrier supplier portfolio, support new supplier onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the existing supplier portfolio.
• Identify, onboard, and negotiate with new suppliers.
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals and terminations.
• Update billing records and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for procurement tools and processes.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven procurement experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of Baltic and Nordic telecom markets.
• Excellent negotiation, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and analytical ability.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Motivation for professional growth and a proactive mindset.
