Manual QA Engineer – Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to strengthen the testing of Citadele's mobile banking applications on iOS and Android. You will work on functional, regression and release testing, collaborating closely with developers, analysts and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual functional, regression and release tests for iOS and Android apps.
• Test across multiple devices, OS versions and perform pre‑release validation for App Store and Google Play.
• Conduct API level testing using Postman and Charles for app‑backend integration.
• Participate from the idea stage: grooming, requirement evaluation and testability recommendations (shift‑left).
• Log and monitor defects in Jira and maintain test documentation in TestRail.
• Verify production releases and support beta‑testing processes.
• Collaborate daily with developers, system analysts and the automation team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software testing experience, including mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Proficient use of Jira and test‑management tools such as TestRail.
• Strong API testing skills with Postman and Charles.
• Good understanding of mobile release processes (store guidelines, version control, release validation).
• Detail‑oriented, structured approach with clear defect documentation.
• Ability to work in parallel workflows and communicate proactively.
• Good English language skills.
