About the role

We are looking for a motivated pastry assistant to join our bakery team in Riga. The position involves working early shifts, supporting the pastry chefs in daily production, and ensuring high-quality baked goods for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist pastry chefs with preparation, mixing, and baking of pastries and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and equipment.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Interest in pastry and baking with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (05:30‑16:00).
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and baking tools.
