Receptionist Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist Team Leader to coordinate reception and housekeeping operations at our Riga International Airport location. The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication between departments, and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Reception and Housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities.
• Manage task allocation, follow‑up, and provide guidance to team members based on operational needs.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Reception, Housekeeping, and relevant departments.
• Monitor guest experience, handling requests, feedback, and complaints appropriately.
• Ensure operational processes, service standards, and controls are carried out according to company procedures.
• Provide the Location Manager with regular updates and reports on operational needs and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Front Office, Reception or Hospitality.
• Advanced Latvian and English language skills.
• Previous team coordination or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with focus on guest experience and service quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
