About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef Assistant to join our kitchen team on a full‑time basis. You will support the head chef in daily food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and portioning meats.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
• Support the cooking process by following recipes and plating instructions.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the culinary team.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Required skills

• Knife handling and basic food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and mixers.
