About the role

We are looking for a reliable dishwasher and kitchen assistant to join our restaurant team in Riga. The position is full‑time and involves supporting the kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually clean cookware, plates, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, floors, and storage areas.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper food‑handling standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Experience operating commercial dishwashers.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
