HR Generalist – People, Projects & AI Enablement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist who thrives in a fast‑changing environment. You will support senior stakeholders, lead HR projects, and manage recruitment while championing AI‑driven improvements to HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing and pipeline management for a defined set of open positions.
• Conduct interviews ranging from initial screens to final hiring stages.
• Participate in core HR initiatives such as talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling enhancements.
• Apply an AI‑first mindset to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI tools into HR workflows.
• Continuously develop personal AI skills and help the broader HR team adopt AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted backup for the Global HR team, supporting business unit transformations and reorganizations.
• Provide day‑to‑day advisory to people managers on performance, conflict, structure, and policy matters.

Required profile

• Solid, hands‑on HR experience across business partnership, recruitment, project delivery, and employee advisory.
• Ability to move fluidly between strategic projects and tactical recruitment tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and self‑direction in ambiguous, cross‑functional work.
• Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload.

Required skills

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n) – a plus.
