Freelance FinTech Recruiter

About the role

HHHUB is a fast‑growing FinTech recruiting agency looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to help its clients across the EU and UK build strong teams. This B2B contractor position offers flexibility and the chance to work on high‑quality FinTech hiring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top FinTech talent across European and UK markets.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, qualification and structured interviews.
• Assess candidate experience, motivation and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of FinTech candidates for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with the HHHUB team on search strategies and project updates.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary expectations and trends.
• Ensure a high standard of candidate experience and communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FinTech, payments or financial services.
• Proven ability to source candidates directly and conduct LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience recruiting for EU and/or UK markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional local language or Russian is a plus.
• Strong independent work ethic and pipeline management skills.
• Effective networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
