Freelance Headhunter / Recruitment Partner (Latvia)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Headhunter / Recruitment Partner based in Latvia to support our international electrical installation projects across Scandinavia and Western Europe. You will act as the primary talent sourcer, identifying and engaging qualified Latvian workers for technical and construction positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates within Latvia for our overseas projects.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Make initial contact, present job opportunities and assess candidate qualifications.
• Present shortlisted candidates to our internal HR team.
• Collaborate throughout the recruitment process until successful employment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting or candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of the Latvian labour market.
• Excellent communication and candidate assessment abilities.
• Fluency in Latvian, Russian and English.
• Experience recruiting for construction, electrical or technical roles is a strong advantage.
• Result‑oriented and responsible work approach.
