About the role

SSI SCHAEFER is a leading global provider of intralogistics solutions with approximately 8,800 employees worldwide. The company is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Northern Europe Recruitment Center in Riga.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition specialists in their day‑to‑day work.
• Assist with the implementation of the recruitment system.
• Organise interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department managers on recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Student status, pursuing higher education in human resources or a related field.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong interest in learning about recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent English for daily communication and collaboration across the Northern Europe region.
• Availability for 25–30 hours per week.
