HR Generalist

About the role

SYNTX.AI is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to help shape a strong internal culture and support employee development. You will combine recruiting for complex technical and product positions with building systematic HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Independently source, interview and hire Middle and Senior IT specialists (Dev, QA, Product, Marketing).
• Define position profiles, manage onboarding and ensure cultural fit.
• Collect, analyse and optimise hiring metrics.
• Conduct one‑on‑one meetings and create individual development plans.
• Assist in developing job profiles, descriptions and competency matrices.
• Organise and facilitate performance review cycles.
• Track and analyse internal HR metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years as an HR Generalist or Lead Recruiter in IT companies or product startups.
• Proven success closing complex technical and product roles in Latvia.
• Strong data‑driven mindset – able to analyse funnels and make metric‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with advanced sourcing channels and interview techniques.
• Ability to work with HR analytics and hiring metrics.
