People Lead / Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a People Lead who will also act as Scrum Master for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) community in Latvia. In this hybrid leadership position you will support a group of 15‑20 employees, drive their development and performance, and provide agile coaching to three Scrum teams when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a community of 15‑20 IAM employees, building trusted relationships through regular communication.
• Facilitate individual career growth, continuous learning, talent promotion and retention.
• Manage performance processes, address challenges and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure people‑related operational processes (time booking, chargeability, vacation planning, office presence, training‑day planning) comply with Swisscom and SDC standards.
• Provide Scrum Master support on demand to three teams, strengthening agile practices, collaboration and ways of working.
• Coordinate pre‑approvals for training, work‑from‑abroad requests and service travel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people leadership, employee development and performance management.
• Background as a Scrum Master, Team Coach or similar role in an Agile environment (strong advantage).
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees, HR, Team Coaches and business units.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international technology setting.
